The Process
1. The first step of the process is a free consultation where we can connect, collaborate, and refine your vision for your event. Consultations can happen via phone, video chat, or in person; whichever is best for you. During this time we will also talk about logistics and details such as equipment, locations, and schedule.
2. After our consultation is complete, I’ll send you a contract to sign and solidify our plans. Once I receive your contract and your deposit, we are all set until the event! Please note that the deposit is a non-refundable retainer. If you need to reschedule the event, you must let me know 24 hours prior so we can adjust our plans.
3. The day of the shoot, I will meet you at the event. I usually arrive a bit early to settle in and get comfortable with the location we’re photographing in. This is also a great time for us to check in about any lingering questions or last minute inspiration. I will be on my own during the event and will find you if I have any questions but usually I have the vision in mind and make sure to be as little as a distraction to not disturb the experience for the customers attending your event.
4. A first round of images will be sent to you in a private online gallery by Monday end of day following the event. A second round with all the remaining images will be sent to you by the end of that week. As you review your images, you are invited to ask for any additional edits such as color adjustments, special crops, and other effects.
5. After you’ve selected your favorite images and sent me your final payment, I’ll send you the selected images for you to enjoy!
